In May 2009 the Central Denmark Region (CDR) and the Science and Technology Commision of Shanghai signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen the scientific cooperation between Shanghai and CDR. To mark the signing of theMoU the administration asked us to orchestra a joint ideation process.
